Because of this fantastic travel crib, my 4 month old and I slept like logs on our most recent trip. My baby slept well because the crib is spacious and airy. She fell asleep just as quickly as she does in her bassinet at home. I slept well because this crib rocks. It is incredibly easy to set up which is amazing since nothing seems to be easy to set up these days! I also felt that the construction was solid and safe. I had read about some dangers of some travel cribs and I was worried. But there are a lot of things this crib has going for it in terms of safety - I like that my baby is very visible since most of the crib is made of a see-through netting. This crib also feels very sturdy and again, I love the spaciousness of it. My little one did not seem at all to be busting to get out. I also think having the sleeping surface low to the ground (basically on the floor) helps this to be a very safe travel crib. But I will see how my little one does with this crib in another year or two! I'd love to know how toddlers react in this crib.
